Roost Concepts designs and manufactures multi-tools and parts for off-road, dual-sport and ADV motorcycles in Boulder, Colorado. We are a small, fast paced shop innovating equipment for motorcycle riders. The ideal candidate is mechanically minded, organized and wants to build real things within a small, passionate team setting.

Overview of Role

The Production and Fulfillment Associate manages the day-to-day assembly, manufacturing and order fulfillment needs; ensuring quality products are in stock for on-time fulfillment of customer orders. The Build and Ship Tech also works with the greater team to provide insight, feedback and ideas to improve products, processes and customer experience while contributing to the mission of creating breakthrough improvements on tools, parts, and the overall moto rider’s experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Assemble products and hand-finish metal parts to necessary specifications.
• Operate and maintain equipment including 3D printers, sand blasters, tumblers, and adhesive dispensers.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner.
• Track inventory levels through Inventree software and Kanban card system.
• Keep the shop organized, clean and ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with the team to improve product with a focus on quality and manufacturability.
• Reply to and address customer questions in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly or shipping environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired Skills

• Shopify software experience
• Order fulfillment and customer service
• Exposure to CNC machining, 3D printing, and lean manufacturing
• Motorsports, mountain bike, or similar outdoor industry experience
