Warranty

A three year warranty covers manufacturing defects. If more than three years has passed we will generally offer discounted replacements. We want to work with you and learn about your situation. support@roost-concepts.com

Replacement parts

In an effort to make our products last a lifetime we provide replacement parts for our products, even if those individual parts are not listed for sale. Did you loose the 10mm socket? No problem, we stock those. Did your dog eat an HTI 10mm open end wrench? Weird, but we stock those too. Contact us for more info! support@roost-concepts.com

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer will need to cover return shipping unless the incorrect or faulty parts were sent. If you ordered the wrong part you will be asked to cover shipping costs. Fitment and product questions can be sent to support@roost-concepts.com.
